Lexus’ family ranch has been in continuous operation in the Texas Hill Country since 1878 and is the primary source of the cattle we harvest. Our dream is to continue to help operate the family ranch and become a top supplier of high quality locally sourced beef sold by the whole, half, and quarter carcass. We primarily use Hereford and Angus cross cattle to produce well marbled flavor packed beef you won’t want to miss out on. All our cattle are raised on grass then finished on an all-natural grain ration without the use of any added hormones or antibiotics.
